TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of InfoPrime Academy, including its website, educational medical assistant training simulator, fictional patient scenarios, training workflows, scoring tools, dashboards, and related content (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, purchasing access, affirmatively accepting these Terms, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Platform.
1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
InfoPrime Academy is an educational training simulator designed to allow users to practice simulated medical assistant and healthcare-office workflows. InfoPrime Academy is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, electronic health record system for actual patients, medical device, accredited school, college, licensing authority, certification organization, or employment agency. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, clinical supervision, patient care, professional credentialing, or legal advice. Healthcare procedures, documentation requirements, workflows, coding practices, employer policies, and software systems may differ among organizations. Users must follow their employer’s, school’s, clinical site’s, or applicable professional requirements when working in a real healthcare environment.
2. FICTIONAL TRAINING ENVIRONMENT
InfoPrime Academy is a simulation environment. Patients, physicians, providers, facilities, medical histories, appointments, identifiers, results, orders, diagnoses, and clinical scenarios supplied as part of the Platform are fictional training content unless expressly stated otherwise. Any resemblance to an actual patient, physician, healthcare professional, organization, facility, event, or medical record is coincidental. No fictional physician or provider displayed within the Platform is providing medical services or establishing a professional relationship with the user.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO REAL PATIENT INFORMATION
DO NOT ENTER REAL PATIENT INFORMATION INTO INFOPRIME ACADEMY. Users are strictly prohibited from entering, uploading, copying, pasting, transmitting, or storing information relating to an actual patient or identifiable individual in the simulated patient charts or training fields. Prohibited information includes, without limitation, real names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, photographs, medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, insurance information, diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, imaging results, appointment information, treatment information, or any other identifiable health information. InfoPrime Academy is not intended to receive or maintain Protected Health Information (“PHI”) and must never be used as an actual patient medical record. If real patient information is entered accidentally, the user must stop entering additional information and contact InfoPrime Academy promptly so reasonable steps can be taken to address the issue. Violation of this requirement may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
4. SELECTED ACCESS PERIOD (30, 90, OR 180 DAYS)
Each purchase provides the specific access period selected and clearly displayed before payment: 30, 90, or 180 consecutive days of access to the paid training Platform. No purchase provides lifetime access. The selected access period begins when successful payment is confirmed and paid access is activated. The access period continues consecutively whether or not the user logs in or uses the Platform. Unused days cannot be paused, transferred, saved, credited, or extended solely because the user did not use the Platform.
5. NO SUBSCRIPTION OR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
InfoPrime Academy is not an automatically renewing subscription. The user’s payment method will not automatically be charged for another access period. When the selected access period expires, access to paid training features will be suspended. The user’s account may remain active so that the user can sign in and purchase another access period using the same account and email address.
6. RENEWAL
To continue using paid training content after expiration, the user must purchase an additional access period (30, 90, or 180 consecutive days) at the price displayed at the time of purchase. If additional access is purchased after the previous access period has expired, the newly selected access period begins when the new payment is confirmed. If additional access is purchased before the existing access period expires, the newly purchased days are added to the current expiration date. Renewal does not create an automatically recurring subscription. InfoPrime Academy may change future pricing. A future price change will not shorten an access period already purchased.
7. USER ACCOUNTS AND PROGRESS
Each account and purchase is intended for one individual user. Users may not share, transfer, sell, rent, or otherwise provide account credentials or paid access to another person. Expiration of paid access does not automatically delete the user’s account or email registration. Training progress may be retained so that the same user may continue training if additional access is purchased. InfoPrime Academy does not guarantee permanent preservation of training progress or account data.
8. INDEPENDENT DEVELOPMENT AND NO AFFILIATION
InfoPrime Academy is independently developed. Its original fictional scenarios, educational content, instructional materials, workflow organization, training logic, scoring structure, branding, and proprietary training materials were independently developed for InfoPrime Academy. The Platform is not represented as an authorized copy, replica, emulator, or official training version of any particular commercial electronic health record system, healthcare application, or proprietary medical software. Certain healthcare terminology, workflow concepts, documentation practices, interface conventions, or processes may resemble common practices used throughout the healthcare industry. InfoPrime Academy is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or licensed by any electronic health record vendor, healthcare organization, school, certification organization, or third party unless expressly stated. Third-party technologies, APIs, software libraries, medical terminology resources, trademarks, product names, icons, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION AND SERVICES
Certain Platform features may use third-party services, APIs, reference information, hosting infrastructure, authentication services, or payment services. Third-party information may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or differ from information used by a particular employer or healthcare organization. Users must never rely on third-party information displayed in the Platform for actual patient care.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
InfoPrime Academy does not guarantee employment, job placement, promotion, salary increases, admission to an educational program, academic credit, certification, licensure, examination success, employer acceptance, or clinical competency. Scores, results, completion indicators, and feedback are educational training tools only.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users must not use the Platform for actual patient documentation, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medical orders, referrals, insurance billing, coding decisions, clinical decision-making, or real patient care. Users may not bypass payment controls, attempt unauthorized access, exploit security vulnerabilities, interfere with Platform operations, systematically scrape or extract proprietary content, redistribute training materials, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except for third-party materials and technologies, the original content and proprietary elements of InfoPrime Academy are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for educational purposes during the purchased access period. No ownership rights are transferred. Users may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, systematically record, scrape, commercially exploit, or create competing training products substantially based upon proprietary InfoPrime Academy materials without written authorization. © 2026 InfoPrime Academy. All rights reserved.
13. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by third-party payment processor Stripe. InfoPrime Academy does not store and does not require access to complete credit or debit card numbers or card security codes. InfoPrime Academy may receive limited transaction information necessary to administer a purchase, such as payment status, amount, transaction identifier, customer information, payment-method type, card brand, and limited payment information provided by the payment processor.
14. REFUNDS
Purchases are governed by the Refund Policy presented before or in connection with the purchase. Because the Platform provides access to digital educational content after successful payment, purchases are generally final once access is granted, except for the circumstances identified in the Refund Policy and rights that cannot legally be waived.
15. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
InfoPrime Academy may modify, improve, correct, add, replace, or remove features, scenarios, workflows, reference information, educational content, or Platform functionality. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting providers, payment processors, third-party APIs, internet failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” InfoPrime Academy does not warrant that all educational information will always be complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for every employer, healthcare organization, school, jurisdiction, or clinical environment. Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFOPRIME ACADEMY AND PERSONS ACTING ON ITS BEHALF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, INCOME, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, OR TRAINING DATA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A USER’S PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THAT USER FOR THE ACCESS PERIOD GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
18. USER RESPONSIBILITY
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for losses or claims resulting from their own unlawful conduct, unauthorized use or disclosure of real patient information, fraud, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized redistribution of Platform content, or material violation of these Terms.
19. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
InfoPrime Academy may suspend or terminate access for fraud, payment circumvention, account sharing, security abuse, unauthorized copying or redistribution, unlawful conduct, entry of real patient information, or another material violation of these Terms. Termination resulting from a material user violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before commencing a formal legal claim, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally. Written notice describing the dispute should be provided and the parties should allow up to 30 days for a reasonable attempt to resolve it, except where immediate legal relief is necessary or applicable law provides otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to consumer jurisdiction or venue rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
22. CHANGES
InfoPrime Academy may update these Terms as the Platform develops. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date and presented where appropriate. Changes will not retroactively shorten a paid access period already purchased.
23. CONTACT
For support, privacy, refund, or legal inquiries, users may contact InfoPrime Academy using the official contact information displayed on the Platform.
