PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
InfoPrime Academy respects the privacy and security of its users. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information that may be collected and processed when users interact with the Platform.
1. INFORMATION WE MAY PROCESS
InfoPrime Academy may process account information such as name, email address, user identifier, account status, authentication information, and support communications. The Platform may process training information such as scenarios accessed, simulated training entries, workflow statuses, progress, scores, completed cases, timestamps, and other educational activity. Technical information may include IP address, browser information, device information, authentication or session information, security events, page activity, and error logs reasonably necessary to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the Platform.
2. NO REAL PATIENT INFORMATION
InfoPrime Academy is not intended to collect or store real patient information. Users are expressly prohibited from entering Protected Health Information, actual patient records, or other identifiable patient data into the Platform. All simulated medical documentation must use fictional training information only. If a user enters real patient information accidentally, the user should promptly stop entering further information and notify InfoPrime Academy.
3. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment and billing information directly from the purchaser as necessary to process a transaction. InfoPrime Academy does not intend to store or have access to complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. InfoPrime Academy may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, including payment status, transaction amount, transaction identifiers, customer or billing information, payment-method type, card brand, and limited card information such as the last four digits when provided. Stripe maintains its own privacy and security practices for payment information it processes.
4. HOSTING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
InfoPrime Academy uses third-party providers to operate the Platform, including services for application hosting, database functionality, authentication, storage, payment processing, and related infrastructure. These service providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide their services. InfoPrime Academy may change or add service providers as the Platform develops.
5. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information may be used to: • create and authenticate accounts; • verify paid access; • maintain training progress and results; • administer the selected 30-, 90-, or 180-day access periods and renewals; • provide customer support; • troubleshoot technical problems; • protect account and Platform security; • prevent fraud and account sharing; • maintain transaction records; • improve Platform functionality; • enforce agreements; • comply with applicable legal requirements; and • resolve disputes.
6. EXPIRED ACCESS AND DATA RETENTION
Expiration of a paid access period does not automatically delete a user’s account. Account information and training progress may be retained so the user can renew using the same account and continue training. Information may also be retained for legitimate business, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute-resolution, and transaction-record purposes. When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Certain information may remain temporarily in secure backups or may be retained where required or permitted by law.
7. DATA SHARING
InfoPrime Academy does not sell users’ personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, provide authentication, hosting, security, technical infrastructure, or customer support. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, protect users or the Platform, or complete a legitimate business restructuring or transfer, subject to applicable law.
8. SECURITY
InfoPrime Academy uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information. No internet-connected service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and should report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
9. PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT REQUESTS
Users may contact InfoPrime Academy to request reasonable access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with their account, subject to applicable law and legitimate records that may need to be retained. Privacy rights may vary depending on the user’s location.
10. COOKIES AND AUTHENTICATION TECHNOLOGIES
The Platform may use cookies, browser storage, authentication tokens, or similar technologies reasonably necessary for login, security, session continuity, preferences, performance, and Platform operation.
11. AGE REQUIREMENT
InfoPrime Academy is intended for users 18 years of age or older. The Platform is not intended for children, and InfoPrime Academy does not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
12. SECURITY INCIDENTS
If InfoPrime Academy becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, it will investigate the incident and provide legally required notifications where applicable.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the Platform, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version will display its effective date.
14. CONTACT
For privacy or account-data inquiries, users may contact InfoPrime Academy using the official contact information displayed on the Platform.
